Last year, I placed three orders at Brecks.com and was really happy with all of them! I placed another order yesterday and now I can look forward to new beautiful planting of Tulips! FINDING WHAT YOU NEED There are four main ways to find what you need ~ 1. The Quick order option which works by product number The front page also contains different dream collections 10 choices and a link for even more. All five of these follow you around as you shop, making it easy to go from one area to another. SHOPPING When you find a product you are interested in you can click on either the products name or the more info button to get a larger view, more information and the time of year it blooms. To purchase an item, you simply click on the add to cart button. You can then continue shopping or head over to checkout. Once you are ready to checkout you need to put in your email address and choose new or returning customer. You then need to give all the regular billing and mailing information, a password and a password hint. You will need to supply the three digit verification number on the back of your credit card. After you register, your information is saved to speed up checking out in the future. Once your order is submitted you are given an order number and within SECONDS, you get a detailed confirmation email. This email not only gives you all your order information but tells you which zone you are in and a link to look up the shipping dates for that area. You get an email when your order is shipped. In ten years and A LOT of work (mostly by my husband) we have turned it in to a wonderful retreat with a large open lawn, a pond, vegetable and herb gardens, fruit trees, willows and flowers ~ lots and lots and lots of flowers.
