Seabear is a great place to buy your gifts! For the last two years in a row, I have preordered smoked salmon to give to all of the out of towners on my gift list. I love the variety offered on the site and the company’s attention to detail. This year, I doubled my order from last year and had Seabear mail them out for me. The prices are reasonable, the selection is an amazing range of variety, the website is easy to navigate, and the customer service is astounding. The photography of the products is very clear and easy to figure out what you are looking at. The site is laid out in a logical manner which makes it easy to choose where you want to go whether you know what you want or you just want to look. It is easy to understand whether it is your first time on the site or your tenth. In addition to being able to easily order a large spectrum of products, you can also order gift certificates directly off the site, or even put in a business gift order. You can buy premade and arranged gift baskets or make one up yourself and if you want to email or call someone to get some clarification, you will always be able to speak with a person within seconds. There is great attention to detail throughout the entire process. Checkout is easy! If you want to email them a list of people to mail presents to (each with no charge personal messages), then this is also a painless process. Delivery is ridiculously fast and the company follows up with you. I gave them the wrong address last year and they sent the delivery guy back to try and retrieve it within hours. There was no answer at that door, so they sent out a whole new package to the correct address without charging me even though it was my mistake! How often does that happen??? The other cool part is that they store the names and addresses for me and easily retrieved my list from last year for my editing. I don’t have to go to the post office and I don’t have to find all those addresses again…. Product range The site sells many specialty Northwest items including smoked salmon in a wide range of packaging options. In addition, they sell crab, halibut, prawns, lobster, tuna, and other seafood as well as chowders, appetizers, and other gourmet food options. You can buy cedar baking and grilling planks and other specialty cookware tools on the site as well as wine to go with the meal. The gift basket assortment is a no brainer and I usually end up with at least a couple of these as well as many cases of their signature salmon trio. All of the products offered are high quality! Extras…. The site offers recipes to use with their products. I think this is a really nice service. My favorite part about this site versus others is that their 1-800 number is clearly out in the open on the home page!!! I hate having to dig through pages to try and find a contact number for a company. Last words…. This is a fabulous site with fabulous products – you absolutely can not go wrong!!! I plan to use them again for next year’s gift giving and probably for some business gifts throughout the year. I highly recommend them!
